Concept and draft design for a luxury, 1,000 sqm family home with basement parking and outdoor-indoor swimming pool. The proposal is to replace the existing house built in 60's in a conservation area, overlooking grounds of a historic park.

Our brief for this project was to renovate and extend a distinguished 3-storey, early twentieth century building which had once been a popular public house located in the heart of the popular Queens Road, Weybridge. The remodelling of the restaurant space on the ground floor as well as the addition of a mansard roof resulted in five additional apartments and a spacious, mixed use space on the ground floor. The design and materials proposed for the roof top extension respect and are subservient to the art deco design of the main building. The proposal is currently under consideration.
